Global Social Leaders Impact Award Winners and Qualifiers of Semi-Finals

With immense pleasure, we share that our millennials “Zainab Asif”, “Amna Imtiaz”, “Fatima Shuaib”, “Saleha Osama”, and “Saleha Waheed” of IGCSE II, Future World School Lahore have won the Impact Award for demonstrating impact in Pakistan’s community as well as have qualified for the semi-finals of GSL Competition 2022 by competing with thousands of entries from around the world.

Our millennials have conducted an impeccable project, “The Health Initiative”, to impart education on health and sanitation and install a “Clean water facility” in one of the unprivileged schools in Pakistan. As health and sanitation are one of the major global concerns and Sustainable Development Goals 2030 as well, their project has contributed to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals 2030, in particular, SDG 3: “Good Health and Wellbeing”SDG 6: “Clean Water and Sanitation” and SDG 17: “Partnerships for the Goals”.

It is a moment of great pride for our learners, teaching faculty, and parental community as our learners from The Millennium Education Schools and Colleges have reached to the semi-finals again this year. Future World School learners have gone the extra mile this time to raise funds and ensure the execution of the project. During the project, learners went to underprivileged schools and in collaboration with their teaching faculty delivered awareness sessions on Health and hygiene. They also installed a clean drinking water filter that was energy efficient due to solar panels and had one of the most effective filters available in the market.

The project of our learners has also been published on the GSL Website along with pictures and a video documentary. Please check their work at : https://www.globalsocialleaders.com/the-markhors/#next

On behalf of TME Founder and  CEO Dr. Faisal Mushtaq, teaching faculty and the entire school community, we congratulate our millennials on their stupendous achievement. Way to go millennials.
